Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Missing items in the package

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos and order details for verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

Opened or used products
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delay caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

Refund Process

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
